Peritos que llegarán de distintos lugares de Bolivia esclarecerán la muerte de Kevin Douglas Beltrán Espada, adolescente que perdió la vida cuando el 20 de febrero llegó desde la ciudad de Cochabamba para ver jugar a San José, frente a Corintihians de Brasil, en la Copa Libertadores de América, aseguró el director de la Fuerza Especial de Lucha Contra el Crimen (Felcc), coronel Roger Zenteno.
Explicó que es un caso en proceso de investigación, por ello los resultados serán importantes para determinar quien lanzó la bengala en ese partido internacional, artefacto pirotécnico que impactó en el ojo derecho del joven y afectó su cráneo, lo que le provocó la muerte casi instantánea. Dijo que en Oruro se tiene a un experto en peritaje como es Carlos Paredes, quien estará entre el grupo de investigadores para realizar el trabajo.
Señaló que es importante, en cualquier investigación, tener a peritos quienes determinarán las causas y los móviles en este caso donde falleció una persona.
Explicó que son varios aspectos que se tiene que determinar, no es cosa de una semana este trabajo, sino que serán por los menos un mes a mes y medio que se trabaje para obtener más detalles.
