A pesar que no se aceptó en la Liga la solicitud que dos jugadores puedan cambiar de equipo para el torneo Clausura, está casi definido que el arquero Carlos Lampe, volverá a vestir la casaca de San José, pero solo para jugar los partidos de Copa Libertadores, a no ser que se oponga el cuerpo técnico de Bolívar.
Fue el propio jugador el encargado de señalar el propósito que tiene la dirigencia de San José, claro en este caso no podrá jugar los partidos de la Liga pero si los de la Copa Libertadores.
Sobre el particular el presidente del club San José, Freddy Fernández, en contacto con LA PATRIA, señaló que las negociaciones están en un noventa por ciento y que solo falta el acuerdo con la directiva de Bolívar con quienes también se está a punto de cerrar la negociación, "nos hubiese gustado que en la Liga se apruebe el cambio de dos jugadores por equipo, lástima no se dio esa situación, sin embargo a pesar de ello, tenemos todo arreglado con Lampe, yo diría que es un hecho que este arquero defenderá el arco de San José pero solo en la Copa Libertadores", afirmó Fernández desde Cochabamba.
Por otra parte señaló que se hizo las consultas necesarias ante la directiva de La Liga y se tiene el visto bueno, en este caso un jugador puede ser parte de un equipo de la Liga y jugar por otro equipo en Copa Libertadores. Para tomar en cuenta que no sería el único caso porque también se anuncia que el futbolista Bargas de los registros de Blooming, jugaría la Copa Libertadores con la casaca de The Strongest.
