Ferrufino se la jugo por Oliva y Oliva no respondio ante el llamado de la Libertadores.
Ferrufino puso a BAtiste por el sector de Garcia, pero BAtiste hace rato que no juega un partido completo y no esta acostumbrado a jugar con De Castro y Alvarenga, asi que solo desrodeno la defensa en el segundo tiempo.....
Cucuta presento 2 lineas de cuatro bien atrasadas, no por nada ni el Santos, ni el Chivas le puderon convertir hasta ahora, contragolpeo, hizo tiempo y metio los goles, facil y sencillo.

En el segundo tiempo con Peña y Batiste en cancha el santo igual se encontro contra una barrera infranqueable y que contragolepeaba sin piedad.
El Cucuta gano con goles y sus jugadores salieron apaludidos del Bermudez..

Cúcuta no necesitó esforzarse mucho ante un alicaído San José que llegó al partido con el peso de la goleada de 7-0 que le propinó Santos la semana pasada en Brasil.
Ordenado en la marca, el cuadro colombiano aprovechó muy bien las oportunidades que se le presentaron por una defensa lenta y un ataque impreciso que desperdició varias oportunidades.
Los 3.709 metros de esta ciudad no amilanaron a los colombianos que fueron de menos a más en el partido. Además, el portero Leandro Castellanos, de gran actuación, salvó a su equipo en varias ocasiones.
En el segundo tiempo, San José se volcó a la ofensiva, pero no encontró claridad en el ataque ante una defensa bien parada del Cúcuta.
El partido se jugó en el estadio Jesús Bermudes de esta ciudad ante unos 25.000 espectadores.
